Twenty First Century Entertaining on Charleston’s Historic Meeting Street

Located at one of Charleston’s most historic addresses, Camden Room makes its home in the circa 1856 Deans Warehouse. Featuring exposed brick, hardwood floors and original beams that accent 30’ ceilings, the copper roof and natural light from clerestory windows in our space epitomize Southern Hospitality.

From small parties to large open air festivals our venue offers unmatched versatility with a historic flare.

Friday thru Sunday - Evening $4000
*Additional Off Duty Police, Private Security, EMT, Cleaning Staff, and Restroom Attendants may be required based on the size and format of the event and are the responsibility of the Lessee. To book an event on New Years Eve additional fees apply, please inquire for details. Rates are based on events of up to 500 guests. There is an additional fee of $1000 for every 500 guests with a maximum of 1500 guests.

FAQ

Can I choose my own caterer?
Yes! You may choose anyone who is local, licensed and insured. Ask us for our favorites!

Do I have to hire an event coordinator or wedding planner?
Yes! We require a designated planner for all weddings, and events at our venues. As always, we’re happy to give suggestions.

What is the deposit to have an event at your venue?
Cooper River Room - 50% deposit to book, remaining balance due 30 days before the event
Sweetgrass Pavilion - We require the full rental fee at rental agreement signing
Camden Room - 50% deposit to book, remaining balance due 30 days before the event
Shed Downtown - 50% deposit to book, remaining balance due 30 days before the event

All event specific logistical, & security costs arranged and due 30 days before the event.
